Dear Paul's Family,

I was deeply saddened to hear of Paul's passing. I became to know him better in our recent finance training in Apr 2025, and his kindness, smart mindset and wide knowledges impressed us. I had chances to chat more with Paul in our Global Finance Meeting in this May and cannot believe that that' was my last talk to him - such a polite, warm and energic colleague.

On behalf of the Regional Finance Team in North Asia, please accept our heartful condolences during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace.
