Dear Paul's family

I was very saddened to hear of Paul's sudden passing. Although I didn't know him well, I had the chance to speak with him briefly while we were queuing for lunch during the recent Global Finance Meeting in Dubai. In that short moment, he came across as warm and approachable, and the news of his passing was a real shock.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. I hope you find comfort in the memories you shared and in knowing that he left a kind impression on those around him.
