Dear Paul's family,

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Paul. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

He was truly one of the kindest and most humble people I had the privilege to work with. Soft-spoken yet incredibly intelligent, Paul carried a quiet strength and a generous spirit that touched everyone. No task was ever too small, no question ever went unanswered.

The loss is felt deeply across EK Revenue Services team, but so is the gratitude for having had the chance to know and work alongside someone so special.
